Qualifications:Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience OR BA/BS Degree in Agriculture, natural resources, agronomy or related field of study. - Direct experience as a Forest Supervisor or Regional Director or other equivalent or higher executive leadership position.
- Experience required with Windows, Apple Macintosh, MS Word
- MS Teams/Zoom
Duties:Will provide leadership advising to senior level FS employees. Focus of advice will be to provide: neutral and confidential sounding board; share internal and external relationship perspectives; provide experience with agency culture and expectations; ask quality questions that will develop self-reflection and personal growth in employees. Utilizing leadership advisors the expectation is that transition time will be decreased, employees will gain valuable insights and be able to integrate into positions faster with limited impact on existing agency leadership. - Serving as advisor - meeting at least 1 time per month with each assigned employee. 100%
