Enrollee provides support to Data Resources Management; Records, Directives, and Forms team. Work includes but is not limited to analyzing and organization of records, directives, and forms program. Interpretation and guidance on Policy, lead support in records strike team assignments, content management and design, file structures, and management and analysis.

  • Content Management; Records analysis, implementation of best management practices; records retention application, file structure organization and implementation; training   60%
  • Forms updates, design, analysis, reporting; directives review; updating; editing, template creation/design, format standard application   30%
  • Provide training to FS employees for Records management; mentorship and individual and program needs   10%

  • Training will be provided if deficiencies are identified, with ongoing policy changes
  • Air travel anticipated: Primarily POV will be based on cost and proximity; safety; frequency can vary based project
  • Physical requirements: Heavy lifting may be required 40-50lbs. Standing, lifting may be required. Generally work is in an office setting; some assignments may require work in an uncontrolled environment such as warehouse, storage area, basement etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
