Please note: this position will be $15.00/hour effective October 1, 2021. The Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program offers unique opportunities in Scientific, Technical, and Administrative / Office support for individuals age 55 and over and per EPA Policy applicants must be US Citizen to support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through a grant administered program through National Older Worker Career Center (NOWCC). Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 year(s) of experience in Public health, physical science (biology, chemistry) public administration, or IT background preferred OR BA/BS Degree in Any science discipline is preferred, but not required

Duties:

Incumbent will be involved in all aspects of registration of antimicrobial products including tracking and reviewing documents (e.g. processing/reviewing applications), QA/QC functions, and various communication activities. Will handle special products associated with reevaluation of antimicrobial pesticides.

  • Review applications for new and amended registration applications to prepared decisions for Products Manager's (PM) signature.   50%
  • Act as QA/QC coordinator of completed label reviews for the division   25%
  • Manage workload in SalesForce New PRISM Workflow by tasking data packages to the appropriate science teams and closing actions out when completed   5%
  • Work on special projects (for registration and/or reevaluation) as assigned.   10%
  • Answer telephone calls/voicemails, emails, file documents, and other administrative work as needed   10%
